Leo Ballroom

Leo Ballroom's grand vintage ballroom features crystal chandeliers, Juliette balconies, a marble entryway, and a full operational stage. Located in the heart of Downtown Omaha, it accommodates up to 500 standing and 350 seated.

Empire Room

The Empire Room brings opulence and sophistication to Midtown Omaha. Antique furniture, luxurious decor, and dazzling chandeliers create a stunning ambiance for hosting up to 500 guests standing and 300 seated. This versatile event venue is ideal for weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.

The Garden Room

Escape to a luxurious oasis at The Garden Room. Show-stopping chandeliers play off of vibrant greenery in this space, enhanced by an industrial look with a storehouse of furnishings customizable to your next celebration. Host up to 220 guests seated in North Downtown Omaha.

Omaha Design Center

Omaha’s most fashionable event venue. As the home of Omaha Fashion Week, the nation’s fourth-largest fashion event, this space is designed for large-scale events and creative gatherings. With the ability to host up to 1,000 guests standing and 550 seated, it offers a sophisticated setting featuring skyline views, spacious layouts, and top-tier amenities. Ideal for weddings, corporate galas, and community events, this Downtown Omaha venue combines convenience with elegance.

Omaha Event Group hosts hundreds of events every year across our four venues. Whether you need an intimate space for 50 or a production-scale venue for 1,000, we have a location and a team for it.

Weddings and Receptions
Ceremony and reception packages available at all four venues, with customizable floor plans, bar packages, bridal suites, and day-of coordination included. Saturday, Friday, and weekday pricing available.

Corporate Galas and Award Ceremonies
Full AV, flexible staging, and dedicated event managers make our venues a strong fit for annual galas, awards nights, and company celebrations. We have hosted events for HDR, Creighton Athletics, Union Bank and Trust, and Hawkins Construction Company.

Holiday Parties
Seasonal corporate and private holiday celebrations across all four venues, from intimate team dinners to large all-company parties with open bar and catering.

Fundraisers and Charity Events
We have hosted fundraisers and galas for local nonprofits including the Nebraska AIDS Project, Visiting Nurses Association, and Heartland Workers Center. Our spaces accommodate silent auctions, live entertainment, and seated dinner formats.

Theater and classroom setups, enterprise-grade WiFi, AV, and breakout room options available, especially at Omaha Design Center where 24,000 square feet allows for multi-room programming.

Fashion Shows and Runway Events
As the home of Omaha Fashion Week, Omaha Design Center is purpose-built for runway productions. Flexible staging, custom LED lighting, and large-scale production support available.
